Zenith Health Care has served families in Panadura for eleven years. Four consultants hold regular clinics here, supported by a nurse-led treatment room and same-day sample collection.
For most of that time the waiting room filled up at four o’clock for sessions that started at five, because nobody could tell how far the queue had moved or whether the doctor had arrived. Patients waited because waiting was the only way to know.
The queue number system changed that. Every booking — online or at the counter — receives a number in true arrival order, and that number is visible from any phone. Patients leave home when their number is close, and the waiting room holds the people who are actually next.
